Small Business Support
Your business success is vital to the strength of District 1 and the future of our city. Patty understands this firsthand—she co-owned and operated a land surveying business for 30 years, creating jobs and managing the day-to-day challenges of running a company. She knows what it takes to keep the lights on, meet payroll, and serve the community. As your next District 1 Councilwoman, Patty is committed to creating an environment where your business can grow, thrive, and become a lasting source of opportunity. Her office will work to ensure that city services support—not hinder—your success, because when your doors stay open, our community grows stronger.
Crime Prevention
Patty has completed Citizens on Patrol (COP) training twice and is committed to empowering neighborhoods with the tools and support they need to stay safe. Crime prevention will be a top priority—because every resident deserves to feel secure where they live. Whether it’s addressing loose dogs, trespassing, or criminal mischief, Patty will ensure these everyday concerns are met with real solutions. Her District 1 office will take a hands-on, proactive approach—working closely with residents and law enforcement to strengthen community awareness and response. When Neighbors Together events come around each year, we won’t just gather—we’ll celebrate a community that looks out for one another.
Construction Management
Construction disruptions are more than just an inconvenience—they affect your daily life, your business, and your peace of mind. Just as important as the work itself is how contractors communicate and perform. Patty understands that building strong relationships with contractors is essential to ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. As your District 1 Councilwoman, she will make construction oversight a priority. She has already developed an office policy plan focused on coordination, accountability, and communication to ensure smoother project timelines and minimal disruption to residents and businesses.
