About Patty
Patty has served on the city San Antonio Housing Trust 2017 appointed by Councilman Krier and Zoning Commission 2018-2021 appointed by Councilman Courage and Bexar County SMWBE 2022 appointed by Commissioner DeBerry. She is currently in her 6th year as president of the Greater Harmony Hills Neighborhood Assoc.
Patty has been married to her husband Gary for 47 years. They have 6 children and 11 grandchildren and held a business Gibbons Surveying and Mapping, Inc. for 30 years.
D1 Neighborhoods
D1 neighborhoods have a beginning to their story and today they hold history. It's important to keep that legacy alive. Patty lives in Greater Harmony Hills and honors the 63 years of its beginnings an wants to protect all D1 neighborhoods. D1 neighborhoods were built upon great planning, and sustained today with great care, has our city done the same? Patty has the passion and dedication to see that it does.
City Issues
D1 district carries a large load of city concerns and how they will effect not only D1 residents but the entire city. Patty has served on the Zoning Commission for 4 years and the San Antonio Housing Trust, as well as Bexar County small business enterprise. She is a knowledgeable leader on city issues. Patty will not only engage, but begin those community discussions so all stakeholders have a seat at that table and a voice that is heard.
D1
D1 is diverse and divested. D1 holds the history of The Alamo, the pomp of Hemisfair, the tourism of the Riverwalk. In D1 you are greeted with the voice of regal neighborhoods that welcome tradition with honor. All these hold great pride in defining who we are. Patty wants to insure our identity of D1 remains true today and for tomorrow.
